About Us

We are a husband and wife team, with our daughter being the inspiration behind the "Prim" in Prim & Proper.

Earl is  European Bar School trained and obsessive about getting the cocktail just right, so the ingredients in each drink are specially chosen to make sure the drink is at its best.

Sarah is the logistics and taste tester (I know what a job!).

Together we make your special occasion run smoothly, we provide top class service, amazing drinks and leave your space tidy and like we had never been there - except for maybe some heavy heads in the morning!

The alcohol, mixers and garnishes are high quality and many syrups are made from our own recipes.

Our menu includes many well known favourites with a twist but also cocktails created by Earl which have won around many a cocktail connoisseur.

THe Prim & Proper was born in 2020, and that year more than any year taught us that life is too short.

We've always said that life is too short for a rubbish drink, now we want to bring that from our home to yours.
